There are over a dozen different effects, and you can try them out for yourself. You get the diamonds and gold ingots if you're lucky. Otherwise, it may happen a powerful explosion that will destroy you and all that surrounds you. It's pretty funny addon and it's great to play with friends.
The addon automatically replaces pigs with lucky blocks, so you will not waste time to find ones. Just go outdoors as often as possible and break the blocks. Everything happens instantly after you have broken the block.
As a result, you may receive the following items: a set of tools, wool of different colors, precious items, or the lucky block may be empty. Chance to get one or the other thing depends on your luck. If you're not lucky, then there will be a fairly aggressive mobs around you, be ready.
The worst result is an explosion does not spare anyone. But this happens rarely.
