1. Download any convenient file manager.
2. Next, find the «games» folder and delete it. I warn you, before this, make a backup copy of your worlds! Otherwise they will be deleted!
3. Download the latest version of Minecraft PE 0.16 from google play or any other site, and install the application as usual.
That's all, the bug is fixed and the game should start. If this does not help, then wait for the next MCPE 0.16 builds.
